BioMadame Jeanne Delacroix is headmistress of Beauxbatons from 22 years after the second fall of Lord Voldemort.
A very gifted witch, she never put much store in empty flair - methodical, careful, and thorough, she very seldom leaves point of interest unexplored, or openings for trouble unprovided for.
Which is also why her fluency of the native languages of both Hogwarts and Durmstrang has been reached long before she came to Hogwarts for the Triwizard Tournament there.
Mostly she keeps people at an arm's length - unless 'people' means her students. She's wholeheartedly open for all students, current and former, and is ready to guide, nourish, support, and protect each and every one of them, completely.
Before becoming Headmistress, she taught Charms.
